Our Story
Bridge 512 was founded in 2024 with a simple yet powerful vision: ensure that everyone in our Austin community has access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
We recognized that while Austin has numerous organizations dedicated to helping those in need, there was often a disconnect between people seeking help and the resources available to them. We set out to bridge that gap.
Today, we've built a comprehensive network of community resources, partnering with over 25 organizations across the Austin area. Our team of dedicated volunteers and staff work tirelessly to connect individuals and families with housing, food, healthcare, employment, and education resources.
But we're more than just a directory—we provide personalized support, follow-up care, and ongoing assistance to ensure that every person who reaches out to us gets the help they need. Because at Bridge 512, we believe that everyone deserves a chance to thrive.
